The Irishman Harvest
The Harvest is a unique take on the old Irish Pot Still Whiskey and is the original and signature blend created by founder Bernard Walsh. It is a blend of two styles, Single Malt and Single Pot Still. The proportions used are 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still, with no grain whiskey present. This results in a much more flavoursome whiskey. Triple distilled and matured in Bourbon Casks.
The Irishman Single Malt
The Irishman Single Malt is a classic Irish Malt, triple distilled and aged in Oak Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry Casks to give exceptional flavour and complexity. With a nod to our craft heritage, this is a small batch production, with each batch is limited to a maximum of 6,000 bottles. Each bottle carries a batch number and signature as a mark of the highest quality.
The Irishman 12 Year Old
This outstanding whiskey is the outcome of 12 years maturation in exclusively first fill Bourbon casks. Each year only a handful of the best barrels are selected to make ‘the cut’ for The Irishman 12 Year Old. A maximum of 6000 bottles are produced each year. Each bottle comes numbered by batch as a mark of quality and is non-chill filtered.

The Irishman 17 Year Old is a superlative Single Malt resulting from 17 years maturation a first fill Sherry Butt. The signet of this exceptional 17 Year Old is its rich deep flavour of great warmth.
The Irishman Cask Strength
The Irishman Rare Cask Strength is Ireland’s most exclusive Whiskey, distilled 3 times and carefully aged in American Oak Casks. It is available in strictly limited quantities. Each bottle is uniquely numbered and signed.
